Upgrade to the DS Video Player

Postby Adrian » Fri Feb 04, 2011 12:46

Back in the day when I first got Pyramix, 2003 to be exact the DS video player was a useful tool. The resolution was just about ok and you couldn't edit it but hey. Now it's 2011 and you can but very good high quality video cards etc, would it be possible to have a higher picture quality DS video recorder/player. I know the VCube is great at all things video but DS Video player was and still is a simple means of recording a picture and playing it back it's just that in its day with the Canopus box it was up to date now it feels a little bit left behind.

Cheers

Hi Adrian,
I am having some compatibility issue with PMX 7 and WINDOWS 7 installed. I am using canopus ADVC 110 to get DV output through DS video player. The "DV Mode with FireWire output" is not active and greyed out in DS Player. Can u suggest me any compatible driver for WINDOWS 7(32 Bit) Pro. PMX 7 is working fine with WINDOWS XP SP3.

Regards,

Alok
