Although I would stil like an option for confirmation box for:
-stop (are you sure?)
and
- delete take (are you sure? ...Are you really really sure???? )

I would like to see the biggest open wound in this context to be taken care of also:
When you stop a recording and the confirmation box comes up, any accidental touch on the esc key - let your phantasy come up with any scenario how the exposed esc key on the keyboard could be pressed by accident - will make you lose your recording. This is a hardwired shortcut and can't be changed. It should be changed to ctrl-esc at least IMO.
