This is not just a Pyramix issue. It applies to Windows in general, but since we have no influence on the OS, I would like to suggest that Merging pay a bit more attention to the size of their icons and the accurate masking of same, so that it doesn't take such precise clicking on an icon just to perform a routine operation. Case in point being the desktop Pyramix application icon. Unless you are very careful, you can expect to attempt to double-click this baby 2 or 3 times just to start Pyramix. It appears that the only active part of the icon is the tiny, little orange bit of the pyramid. Think "Studer A-80" (with those great big buttons) when you design the next batch of interface controls. OK?
Thanks!

Re: Icon mask too small
Version 5 has a mode with much larger 'buttons'.
In Windows, right-click on the desktop and choose 'properties', then the 'appearance' tab. There's an 'Item' selector: choose 'Icon' and now you can re-size the windows icons (try something around '48' - the default is '32')
Best,
