VAD 3.2 Standard - Does it requires activation key now?

Postby Chiil » Thu Mar 10, 2022 13:09

Hi there,
Wondering if anyone can help me getting my VAD Standard works under M1 Monterey.
I've recently installed VAD 3.2 and trying to get it works with Lawo Consoles and other AES67 interfaces (not merging branded but should works under Standard mode), but the Driver's control panel keeps almost greyed out. Nor latency or sample rate or I/O counts are selectable. I've already confirmed my OS security settings are correct and firewall was turned off. Here is a picture to better describe the issue:

Also I've found an field for VAD Standard activation key in MLM, but I can't find one on Merging's website. Is key required for Standard operation? If so, where can I get or buy one (If VAD Standard is a paid software now) ?

I am running macOS Monterey 12.2.1 on M1 Mac mini, using onboard gigabit Ethernet. Previous version of VAD Standard locks to PTP but not sending or receiving audio flow as it should.
Any help is appreciated, feel free to let me know if more information is needed.
