- Pyramix 14 HotFix 1 runs on the same MassCore RTX64 3.7.4 version as Pyramix 14.0.1 and Pyramix 25th HotFix 3 or 4, no need to un-install Masscore if you are already running those versions.
If you are running an older Pyramix version you will need to first remove Pyramix, then install Pyramix 14 to then remove the previous MassCore, reboot and install the new one.

- As of the MassCore update RTX64 3.7.4 no longer requires the need of a SSK-HUD-RTX dongle
- At the Pyramix 14 install you might have a “Bonjour” pending and other Microsoft requirements to install. Please proceed with those installations and afterwards the Pyramix installer will start. Once Pyramix is installed and MassCore installed from the MT Security> MassCore Tab it is Mandatory that you reboot your system.
- If you are not successfully installing Pyramix at the first installation on Windows 10, restart your system and launch again the Pyramix installer, as some pending requirements might have been installed in the first place.
- New Merging Cloud based (dongle-less) security is available since the Pyramix 25th Anniversary. Contact your local Merging Sales Partner for more details
- VCube 10.0.2 HotFix 1 and Ovation 10.0.2 HotFix 1 are in sync with Pyramix 14.0.2 HotFix 1 and should be installed along if on the same system. Merging highly recommends that you consider the Video playback support included in Pyramix.
- Dolby Atmos Renderer: Should be updated to v3.7 and above to work along with Pyramix 14. Refer to the release notes for more details
- VB Plugins (VS3) are not installed by default. A separate installer is required. Follow the procedure here below.
