Good day. My name is Konstantin Serov, and I am an aspiring streamer and blogger. I understand that your company operates on a much larger scale compared to my needs, but I've been struggling to find a solution to my seemingly simple problems and tasks.
My setup is quite basic: I have a Windows PC to which I want to connect a microphone, and I plan to play games on this PC. My goal is straightforward: to transmit audio from Windows to macOS, with separate tracks for each audio source. I want to receive the following audio tracks individually:

Microphone

Game sounds

Discord sounds (including teammates' voices)

Potentially other sources like music or chat audio from Twitch/YouTube viewers. In total, I need a maximum of four channels, and even that is with some leeway. I want to transmit this audio in good quality from my Windows PC to my MacBook. Both the Windows PC and MacBook are connected to the same local network via Ethernet cables.I've been trying to find a solution for a long time, but I haven't been successful. The main challenge is always in transmitting the audio tracks separately. Even when I manage to set this up, there are usually quality issues. I'd rather increase the delay by a few milliseconds than sacrifice audio quality. Unfortunately, the software I'm currently using doesn't offer any configuration options, and I simply end up with poor audio quality on my MacBook. For example, I hear clicks and pops from my microphone. Please advise if there's anything in your product line that could solve my problem. Ideally, it would be software-based – some programs that I can install on both Windows and MacBook and link them together somehow. For reference, I already have Loopback and Audio Hijack Pro installed on my MacBook. I also use OBS Studio on my MacBook, and I have an Elgato capture card to capture video from my Windows PC so that viewers can see me playing. This capture card also allows me to capture one main audio track from my PC, usually the game audio. Please provide your expert advice on which software I could use for this purpose. Is software inherently limited in terms of audio quality, and do I need to consider a hardware-based solution? If so, what specific hardware should I purchase for my seemingly simple and common tasks? Perhaps I need to buy two separate sound cards, one for the MacBook and one for the Windows machine? I'm not sure.In general, please advise on what can be done here. Can this be solved with software, or do I need to purchase a hardware solution? If it's the latter, what exactly should I buy for my needs?
