Dual-OS Setup with Anubis Premium: UNITE vs RAVENNA and DSD Playback

I’m a complete beginner with the Anubis ecosystem, so please keep that in mind when replying.

I have an Anubis Premium SPS, currently used exclusively as an external audio interface.

Host OS: macOS Ventura (latest)
Guest OS: Windows 11 Pro (running in a VM)

ANEMAN version: 2.0 (on both OSes)
MAD driver version: 2.5.0 build 1309
VAD driver version: 3.5.0 build 61309

Goal: The simplest possible automatic connection to Anubis from both operating systems, with DSD playback support if possible.

Now, here’s what I’ve observed:
- The Monitoring mission does not support UNITE (=> prevents simplest routing).
- The Music mission supports UNITE, but does not support DSD.

If I use RAVENNA connections for both host and guest via ANEMAN, everything works fine until I power off the guest OS (Windows VM). Then, ANEMAN starts flashing red with connection errors, unless I manually remove the stale connections.

So, two key questions:

1. If I give up DSD and keep the Music mission - is it possible to establish two UNITE connections to the same Anubis from different OSes (macOS + Windows VM) at the same time?

2. If I go the RAVENNA route on both systems (for Monitoring mission and DSD support), is there a way to make connections automatically disappear when the guest OS is shut down, and reappear when it boots again?

Thanks in advance.
