If you have eucon artist running at the same time as smartav software, pyramix can get in a state where it will not boot.
It seems as if it happens if eucon does not see any eucon devices for instance if you don't power the artist up.
This just happened yesterday to someone elses system, I think he was running 7.1.
We eperienced this a while back and reported it to avid, but heard nothing back.
This is not a problem when running smartav and eucon MCpro simultaneously. It only happens with the little toy controller
