Merging Technologies

I've just started using this device with Pyramix, but the jog and shuttle control doesn't work as I expect.

The manuals suggest they should work without any softkey selection, but neither jog or shuttle works on Pyramix. I can make the jog control work with a softkey user control selected, but nothing I've done so far has made the shuttle wheel spring to life.

Has anyone got any clues?

Julian, how did you get the jog controller to work with any key. I havent had any luck with getting any elements of the jog/shuttle to work with the Pro Tools Dock and Pyramix.

I don't know if this is relevant but I am using the Avid MC Transport not the Dock.

I am not in front of my system at the moment so this is all from memory. The way I got this to work is to have two soft keys, one programmed to "jog" the other "shuttle" The jog wheel works when in jog mode and the shuttle ring works when in shuttle mode.

The problem I had was that the shuttle sensitivity was set low in EuCon preferences. At full shuttle, the cursor was only moving about 2 frames every second.

Thank you Julian, I havent yet found a way to link the jog wheel of the Dock with the Pyramix functions.
