Missing key permissions when upgrd 6.0 to 6.2.5

Postby Satori » Sat Nov 26, 2011 08:53

I did the install from 6.0, to 6.2.5, uninstalling reboot, delete anything left behind, reinstall..

but in this version, it looks like some of the permissions are either not working properly, conflicting or ??????? HighRes, and Native Audio Support no longer work in this current version. When I check them on the Security Settings, they are there though. Now I can't boot pmx without having my Mbox connected (and my Mbox2 sounds worse than my internal audio card...)

Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem.

Windows XP SP2/PMX 6.2.5/ Acer 5720/ No antivirus/ 2GB ram/ Realtek audio driver/

Are you driving your internal sound card with ASIO4ALL? I don't think Pyramix will boot without sensing the presence of an ASIO driven playback device. Is the M-Box really worse than your internal card? Gosh.
