Hello,
First time I am seeing the error "Failed to create media from rendered data" . I was just using Cedar retouch as I always do and never seen this before. Anyone have experience with this error?
Thank you

Re: render failure
Hi,
You possibly have 'use unique filenames' de-selected - Renovator has the same issue if rendering when not using unique filenames.
Cheers,
Tom

Amazing to me that PMX cannot simply use the File Save (Overwrite), SaveAs standard used in Windows for the last 25 years in its file writing operations.

I think an early design requirement was to never perform any operation which could involve data loss - particularly sound files, so attempting to overwrite a file from Pyramix often results in the program locking up, or crashing. At least you got the polite message...
