Hi.
Encountered weird problem, after I installed Masscore runtime, the optical drive I have in the system no longer recognized by it. It is still shows in the Device Manager, but I can't access it in any form. Properties say: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Reinstalled the OS (had to anyway), same result. Before I installed Masscore it worked good with Native PMX 14.
Win 10 21H2, PMX 14.0.4, Masscore 128, RTX 3.7.4 build 5222

Re: Masscore and optical drive
Hi,
I don't have the Masscore version but I have previously encountered this problem.
The solution was to remove Pyramix via the Windows Control Panel, reboot and install Pyramix again.
Sometimes the drivers don't load correctly.
And if that doesn't work, try following the advice below in this Microsoft link ....

This describes how to reset the upper and lower filters.

Re: Masscore and optical drive
Well, thank you! That did help, one of the points on that list with the registry fix.
