Album publishing contiguous file +cue sheet extra two seconds

Hello,

when I create a contiguous file (broadcast wave) + cue sheet using the album publishing option in the CD image section (digital release) my resulting file has two seconds of silence at the beginning before the first track index. I have disabled all possible track offsets (in general settings and in the CD track options). When I create one file per track at the same time, the first track does not have the extra two seconds of silence.
I checked it on Pyramix versions 10.1, 11.1. and 13, it happens in 11 and 13 but not in 10.
Does anyone have an idea where this is coming from and how to get the contiguous file + cue sheet without the extra two seconds in Pyramix versions 11 and 13?

Thanks,
Leonie

I assume the 2-second pre-gap you are seeing is simply part of the redbook standard. It is added to every DDP I make. It's not actually played as silence. For example, plenty of people use even bigger pre-gaps as easter-egg tracks that are only playable if the listener rewinds to before the official start of track 1.
