I have a Pyramix project with an interleaved multichannel PMF recording of an orchestra. There is one track pr instrument and the last two tracks are the live stereo mix. The session was recorded during many days so there are many clips on the time line. The clip names have the movement name and bar numbers for easy navigation when doing the edit.
What is the best way to export only the stereo mix to stereo BWF format while keeping the clip names and time stamp?

I don't think there's any way to do that easily, all in one batch operation. You're faced with either Rendering just the pair of tracks from each take, one by one, which should preserve the existing file names that nevertheless contain a bunch of unwanted characters (try using Advanced Renamer - https://www.advancedrenamer.com/ - and I can send you a preset that will automatically remove all the extra characters that Pyramix adds when you've used the "Unique Filename" option).
OR
Drop CD markers at the start of each take, then edit their Meta-data with particular regard to each Track Title, followed by doing a Mixdown/Album Creation of just those two tracks, to any of the supported file formats, sample-rates and word lengths.
I think that the former is likely to go more quickly, yet will be tediously repetitious and therefore prone to error, while requiring some file re-naming. The latter gives you more control, but will take a little more time to set up. I generally do the latter when preparing a set of "Listening Files" for the client to review prior to making editing decisions. Pick your poison.

Thank you for the answer. Looks like I have some work ahead of me...
I would appreciate a preset file for the Advanced Renamer. You can reach me at perarneflo@gmail.com.

Hi,
One thing you can do is group each Stereo Mix and do a render exporting one file by group.
Best,

My quick and easy way is to:
Do a save as and name it "Project Name" Stereo".
go into tracks tab and delete all tracks except the stereo tracks.
If you want tracks in the original sample rate and bit depth:
-mark

- Select all,

Re: Exporting multichannel PMF to stereo BWF
Thank you for your input.
My Eureka-moment was (split by groups)! That setting was new to me. I thought that if I rendered a selection it would make one continous file, but (split by groups) made one file pr clip. Pyramix added the track number to the clip names but that could easily be fixed with Advanced Renamer by using the "Remove pattern method".
