Generate master of only selected tracks

I have a 20 track album sequence for a client that is only to be a digital master so the only result I need are separate WAVE-files of the generated master. A couple days after final delivery the client wish to make a couple mix updates on two tracks so I re-master the new mixes and really only would like to export these two new tracks from the timeline but through the Generate Master dialog so all Meta-data and files naming follows as on the original master.

Is there any good workaround for accomplishing this? In Wavelab you can do just that where you can select the clips you would like in the timeline and that transforms into "export selected CD tracks only" which does exactly what I need here. Having to wait for the entire master to be generated when all you need is just an update of a couple tracks is very inefficient, especially as delivery of single files is more common now than before.

Why not use Mixdown, if you only need wav files?

Because the Meta-Data doesn't follow when using Mixdown.
