Can not get the Mass Core Card to read

New to the Mass Core side (card is installed, keys also).
Aneman MTDiscovery won't see the card.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is the masscore dongle (not Sentinel)
1. plugged in
2. Is the usb dongle installing properly
3. is the license activated to the dongle
4. have you installed and activated masscore? This is done after the PMX installation from the masscore tab in the mtsecurities panel

Thank you for the reply.
I did not receive any other dongle I just have a sentinel safenet.
It will allow me to install MassCore Windows.
I am setting up a new clean computer so I will install everything and see if this fixes the problem.

You can, of course, use the one shot license without a dongle, but I personally find that to be a pain.
Your best bet is to read the installation instructions very carefully.
Also, have you set the VS3 panel to boot to masscore rather than native?
