Hmm Pyramix Forum?

Hi everybody
I am a user of the Pyramix 3.2 / 4.0 and i am so thankfull calling this Workstation mine. Well, after about 90 Music productions i can say its one of the best things that happened to me in the last 3 Years :-) , but i am also angry and this is why. ....

My old scsi burner left me during my burning sessions, i decided to buy myself a memorex IDE 24/16/10 cdr burner. One of the good ones ! It should be 6 times faster than my old 4x toaster that i had . So i built in and what happened? Windows accepted it, all my other applications too !! But not Pyramix => Discwrite !!!! No recorder around.

Officially the IDE recorders would be updatet with the 4.0 version.

Ok no problem :-) So i waited and waited and waited and 3months later......finally!!! yes it was released :-)
I wanted to try it but without a key it was impossible to see if it would work on the 4.0 version. But its not for free anymore ! Maybe only peanuts for the Abbey Road Studios, but definetly 2 much money for this little problem!



So now i have to burn everything with cd creator and that sucks !!

Anybody else out there that can give me an advice ?

In my opinion, version 4 is worth the money! ;-) So many things have been added and enhanced. You wouln't like to go back after 10 minutes of use.

And wait for 4.1 & a lot of goodies!

thanks for youre reply, when will Pyramix 4.1 be available?

If i buy my 4.0 software package now , i will probably just miss the 4.1 release :-)

Hmm, just asking :-)

if i can tell you a big security hole in youre merging network, will i get a special price or can i become a beta tester?

Would be great!

sorry benoit , it seems like i wrote that are working for merging but you are not, so please vergive me.

It was a misstake :-) It was ment for the guys at merging !
