New Keys:
Important: Those new versions require the new Pyramix V14.1 keys (Ovation10.1 keys). To get a free upgrade, you need a valid ASM contract. Please contact your Merging sales partner in order to make sure your ASM is up to date. Do not install those versions if you do not yet have valid keys

INSTALLATION:
WARNING: Pyramix 14.1 is not supported under Windows 7
WARNING: Pyramix 14.1 runs on new 14.1 Keys as of the RC 1.

- Pyramix 14.1 MassCore runs on a new RTX64 4.4 version. A MassCore Runtime update is mandatory, unless you were already running a 14.1 Beta/RC that runs the same MassCore version.
Otherwise please first install Pyramix 14.1, then go in MT Security panel to uninstall the previous MassCore Runtime. Once uninstalled, go back in MT Security panel to install the RTX64 4.4 MassCore Runtime. Please then configure Pyramix in the VS3 Control Panel. Follow the Installation Guide for all detaills.
- At the Pyramix 14.1 install you might have a “Bonjour” pending and other Microsoft requirements such as “Redistributable” to install. Please proceed with those installations and afterwards the Pyramix installer will start. Once Pyramix is installed and MassCore installed from the MT Security> MassCore Tab it is Mandatory that you reboot your system.
- If you are not successfully installing Pyramix at the first installation on Windows 10, restart your system and launch again the Pyramix installer, as some pending requirements might have been installed in the first place.
- Merging Cloud based security key versions are available. The Cloud security has been implemented for users needing to run Pyramix, Ovation or VCube without a Merging SafeNet Dongle. For Keys information refer to keys@merging.com. Reminder Pyramix 14.1 requires new 14.1 keys.
Note: SafeNet keys cannot be transferred to Cloud security model for a chosen release. This process can only be done at the Upgrade stage. Users that wish to transfer their SafeNet keys to the Cloud keys model would have to return their SafeNet dongle to Merging, prior to getting transferred to the Cloud. Contact your local Merging Sales Partner for more details
- Ovation 10.1.2 is in sync with Pyramix 14.1.2 and should be installed along if on the same system.
- The Flux plugins V3/VS3 series come as a separate installer. Users should install the latest Flux available version (currently tag as Pyramix 10 and above in Flux Center): https://www.fluxhome.com/download.
- Merging recommends that you install ANEMAN that comes as a separate installer in order to manage your RAVENNA connections. Refer to the ANEMAN User Manual for all details.
Note: Pyramix 14.1 and Ovation 10.1 are last versions supporting the mixer Legacy Buses. We recommend users to you migrate to the new General Buses.
