Hello,
I have a HORUS running on MAD and keep getting a "too many streams...." type error in ANEMAN when I am trying to connect usually stereo monitor solutions, be it to the Horus headphones, or the Anubis. I reset the channel counts in advance setting so everything is in banks of 8, but I still get these errors. Though it doesn't seem to effect the connections, clocking or audio, it would be nice not to have error flags on the ANEMAN page. Anyone have a setting where you defeat this error?
Cheers.

Yup. Also suffering with this issue. I'm told it's because Merging haven't correctly set the threshold for this error message yet. I'm told, again, that the idea is that single streams cause greater traffic than routing in blocks of 8. Clearly one or two single or dual streams aren't going to cause problems but apparently several of them do due to the way traffic is managed on the network. For now I'm ignoring it unless it causes an audio issue and will simply await a patch from Merging to fix it!

Sly strategy to get us to upgrade to Hapi Mk2. Never worried me before, but is a new warning message not error message.

It’s certainly a warning to take note of - I’ve had years of unpredictable behaviour running my Hapi with Aneman due to this stereo streams issue. DXD with 8 in and headphone out or 48kHz with multiple stereo outs for monitoring and headphones just didn’t work reliably.
So far with the Mk2 Hapi, it’s just done what it’s supposed to do!
Cheers,
Tom

I have this problem on my MacBook Pro, running current driver package. However running an older version, as recommended for Mac M1 machines, Aneman worked flawlessly.
The recommended current version of Mac driver, on Intel machines works very poorly for me.
