Avid S3 loses connection

Hi everyone.

I've been using the Avid S3 for some time since the last Tango stopped playing (!) and it's a beautiful tool to use with Pyramix. Hopefully, it will get even better when Avid opens up the use of all features for third parties, such as Merging.
One problem, though, is that the S3 loses connection to the PC from time to time. This seems to be related to network issues.

Has anyone else out there in the Merging Universe encountered this problem? If so, have you found a way to deal with it? I would be happy to hear all about it :)
