select multiple clips
In the new version, I found a problem, when selecting multiple clips with the mouse and holding the shift key, sometimes some clips are randomly deselecting forcing to redo the manipulation and sometimes several times, is a problem with version 12?
Re: select multiple clips
same problem here, appeared with version 12.

Re: select multiple clips
Yes, I am finding this too. It’s tedious as I use this feature a lot, as I’m sure most people do!
Re: select multiple clips
Yes, always frustrating, along with window and tab control, always moving those things around.
Clip selection should be like the windows standards, ie.
1. Control click for discontinuous select accumulation.
2. Shift click and click for continuous range
3. Control click, shift click, control click for discontinuous and range combined.

Hi
One workaround may be:
Hold down shift key
Click with the mouse in one clip and hold down the mouse button
Drag the mouse over the clips you want to select
Does this work?

Re: select multiple clips
Only for adjoining clips, and not single channels of a multichannel clips. Mouse down, left click, slide selects just one channel, but still adjoining only, due to the slide. With the MS Gain gone, clip gain often needs to be applied to discontinuous clips. Selecting more than one is not possible.
An accumulating control click would be the easiest thing to implement.
