New one here when trying to open a project last worked on via the in house server. now trying to access from another DAW:
"Can't create DB connection at location Z:\server......Composition.pml"
Anyone see this one before?

Could it be because the ProjectName.Composition.pml file is only available when a Pyramix Project file (.pmx) is open in Pyramix? The rest of the time it, and several other files are compressed and stored within the Project file.
Since you said you were trying to access this file while using another application, it's possible it's simply not there...?

Thanks for the thought, but no. I have multiple DAW's here at the studio and at times we have to work a project from the studio server. This project was completed at one DAW, but then when I tried to open the PMX file on another, I got the DB Connection error.
