How can I find a 64 bit V8 PMX installers ?

Postby maikol » Fri Mar 01, 2019 17:01

Hello everybody,

I was willing to install a version of Pyramix 8 to be able to use my old mykerinos again on my win7 64 bits PC, but couldn't find any of the installers before v9 on merging's webiste.

As I'm stuck to V8 because of the following versions being not compatible with Mykerinos', and as I've only got 32bits versions of the V8 installers, I'd really need to find the 64bit installer for V8.

I'm really surprised Merging removed these from their website.

Does anyone know if there's still a link somewhere to get it ?

Cheers
Maikol

Mykerinos only works under 32bit OS..... There were 32 bit versions up to PMX v9.1
All the best,
Mark

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your answer !

Just looked at the V9 installation guide, and it says Win7 32 bits is mandatory, so it's a no go for me now. :?

I guess installing V8 and using it without masscore (I just want it to record a stereo pair of inputs) won't work either on Win 7 64 bits ?

Cheers,
Maikol
