I appear to be setting up a 2007 studio for as cheap as I can.... Have a Genex recorder and Stage I/O and now will be receiving a Ramses MSC in the next few days!
Are there any previous users still active on the forum?
On a technical level what was the last version of the software available for the MSC and does anyone know if it's still possible to upgrade options for it? I'm looking for DSD capabilities and surround tools too.
If all goes well, I'll look for the jog-wheel thing to go with it.
Can't wait to play with the ARC control!

I worked with Ramses 16 fader/arc48 untill last year!
Be aware you can only work with the legacy groups because you can not have the new group structure on Ramses (firmware limitation), I can not be shure!!!.
Will you work with edit bay? You will need to have the tool for config the functions.
