i'm using
VCube SE SD 1.3.0.59
VT 1.3.13

1. whenever i import/capture avi file(s),
i can see whole lenth of the video, but not audio
i can olny see the front part of the audio
(it seems to me, from beginng to the point of 2GB file size)

2. mov file problem
whenever i capture tapes with mov format,
the video ALWAYS goes before the audio several frames
BUT,
if i capture with another format and then convert to mov format, it's ok, well syncronized.

3. sometimes VCube tells me lies
Sometimes the Time Code of the captured file is not matched corectly with the Time Code of the original tape.
A couple of days ago, it happend(it happened very often to me), 6frames delayed.

4. Do i need to buy a new key to use ver 2?

5. I really want to know the way to attach a jpg file on this page.

Can you please describe me the exact setup you use to capture? Video ref for Mykerinos and AJA cards, chasing source, audio captured from the AJA or the Mykerinos, all that "details" are important tout precisely understand and solve your problem.
Points 2 and 3 sound like a wrong Virtual transport clustering, with VCube as master instead of Pyramix.
