Vcube Delay

Postby Filmsat59 » Tue Nov 18, 2008 14:52

Hi would it be possible to change the Vcube Delay settings to something a little finer?
The Single frame option is a little on the course side. It would be great if you could set this a quater frames or fifth frame or even type it in as Ms.
We have spend a good deal of time measuring the latency of our projectors and it never seems to fall close to a whole frame!

Hello Chris,

The architecture of the offset settings in VCube is based on the TimeCode meaning an integer number of frames.
Currently, external audio delays are the only way to reach the millisecond accuracy you require.

Can we please add this as a request though? even quarter frame like protools has on its firewire outputs.

Hello,

Your request is now VCB-283 in our issues list.
This new feature won't be included in the future VCube SP1 release.
