Video blackout on playback start in SP1c (.51)

Postby AdamScriv » Tue Oct 16, 2007 16:37

Hi there,

I've just put SP1c on to two VCube systems, both running Xena SD cards - but now when you start playback the output goes black for a few frames before playback begins. This happens both running locally (all internal sync) and with 9-pin control (and external ref).

VCube doesn't report any dropped frames, and changing the disk buffers seems to have no effect.

We've also got a third VCube here which isn't using the Xena, and on this machine the playback is fine. So I'm not sure if it's to do with the Xena card?? It's not a problem we've encountered on previous VCube releases though.

Anyone else had this problem?
