When uninstalling VCube 1.3 (1.3.0.37) to upgrade to the last SP1 version,
the system reports an error about EXPLORER.EXE.
The missing file is available at http://vcube.merging.com/DealerDownloads/iertutil.zip
It must be uncompressed in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder to avoid re-installing a complete OS.
