Crash changing sample rate

hi. I have Anubis Pro and is always setup @ 48KHz.
Today i opened Pyramix to browse only some audio files in the Media manager. All those files are @ 44.1KHz, somehow Pyramix managed to change to the correct sample rate in order to play them back, i see a red MAD driver indicating a Sample rate problem.
When i ht play in one of the audio samples Pyramix crashed.
The event Viewer indicates this problem:
