Additional Number in Brackets when Rendering

When rendering, Pyramix stubbornly keeps adding additional numbers in brackets into the filenames of the rendered files. How do I get rid of this automatically added numbers, please? I wish that Pyramix does not try to automatically increment the filename with these numbers in brackets. How to tell Pyramix to stop doing this?

In the window which appears when you render or mix, there is a checkbox which enables the placement of the "unique identifier" in the output file names. Uncheck it.

I dont think there is anything you can do about this.

Oops, Jaap's right. Now that I put my glasses on and see what you're talking about - the numbers in parentheses which denote which track in a Clip Group you've clicked on to select it/them. No, nothing can be done, and yes, they are annoying.
