I have identical setup, Native W10 1809, and LexNative Reverb works fine with that advice above from Merging. Is your plugin still blacklisted or is it loading and then crashing on instantiation? I'm on Pyramix 11.1.5 Native, Windows 10 1809. For the life of me, can't get the Lexicon PCM Native Reverb bundle to work (it's the latest version: 1.3.8 64-bit).
