Merging Technologies

Has anyone come up with a solution to this other than reinstalling Windows? I am running into the same problem; the status bar reaches about 90% and gets stuck. It is not the driver installation that is hindering the install.

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I'll be installing 6.1 soon and hopefully that may contain some code to remedy this situation.

And another thing, since I'm on version 6, there are many items (sound in ofline lib and sound in media manager) that when clicked freeze PMX for 10 to 60 second. Also when dubbelclicking on a other spot in the trimmer, the same freezing happens. More people have this problem? I have experienced so...

Hmm, that is a tough issue. We have had disc burning issues on a Mass Core system as well. We have already replaced the drive once to the recommended LiteOn drive with no luck. Any ideas, Merging?

I am using a MBP running Pyramix 6SP2 with DiscWrite with no problems burning (though FireWire is another story). Again, different drive manufacturer though.
