Oh!
I guess that I assumed you had used it in PMX...
Any reverb plugs friendly to PMX that you can recommend?

Graemme- I have the IR1 free 2 week demo, but neither I or another, more computer-savvy PMX user can get the thing to function at all in PMX. After a call to Waves Tech support, we were advised to download the latest Direct-X update, but that did not help. In VST shell, cannot get the program to ope...

For me learning the basics of PMX took a while but it was all worth it. The pgm is so deep that it seems there is always more PMX can do. I found one really useful feature was using custom keyboard and the macro feature to put my favorite functions where *I* wanted them on the keyboard. There is so ...

Thanks, Graemme! Got the manual and printed it out. Am now working with the presets and trying to get sounds that sound good to me... Back to my first posting: "So are there other verb plugs that PMX users are enjoying?" I'm kinda suprised that no one has posted what they are doing for verb (besides...

Thanks, Vincent- I'll try your advice rand go look for another 'plate bank'. Perhaps that one has more usable plate sounds, though your humorous reply wanrns me that plates are not Aphro's specialty... One Aphro1.5 question: In other stereo PMX plugs and functions that are assigned to a stereo track...

Here's an interesting one: I just installed 4.2.6 today (replacing 4.1 RC something or other) and FORGOT to save my keyboard shortcuts and custom macros before doing so. BUT! None of them were lost and in 4.2.6 they all still work, obviously without me having to reinstall them. Weird, eh? And good. ML

Reverbs friendly to PMX?
What reverb plugs have PMX users been finding that work well? I have been using Aphro V1 and am now getting familiar with Aphro V1.5, and what I enjoy most about them is that I can easily automate most of the parameters in PMX just as I automate EQ settings, etc in the standard PMX plug-ins. *rant o...

Bernhard- This subject (at Glenn Meadows' mastering board) is where my request for such a device got into some fun details. Click this link: http://webbd.nls.net:8080/~mastering Go to the "how do you DO that?" collection of threads, and the "Phase correction?" thread is at the bottom. Happy reading!...

phase correction?
Though I know the usual rules for mic placement etc etc, I sometimes get phase problems that occur in the course of multimicing orchestras & choirs. I'd like to see if you all know of any plug-ins or digital hardware boxes that will help me correct them. Two kinds of problems occur: Acoustic pha...
