Unplugging from the power for a couple of minutes somehow slowed the reboot cycle enough to be able to select Monitor Mode. It then crashed but at least rebooted into Monitor mode, which at least that was stable as before. Tempting fate then switched back to Music Mode. Started crash/rebooting again...

A mac user I need to get a PC laptop solely to run Pyramix Pro. Wish to spend as little as possible whilst also having something portable (airline carry on - for use with Anubis for DSD recording). Am totally ignorant about PCs so any up to date recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks!
