Pyramix different formats in single session?
I have had a look thriugh the documentation but wasn't able to find an answer to this. Can anyone advise if it is possible to record (presumably through two separate interfaces) both DSD and PCM audio streams simultaneously into the same session.

Enable/Disable multiple effect instances
I am a music mixer looking at Pyramx as an alternative (or companion) to Sequoia, primarily for its mixing workflow, which appears to be more coherent then that of the Magix DAW. Today, I'd like to know if Pyramix has the ability to enable / disable a set of effects in a manner similar to what pro t...

Re: The effect of the DAW on sound quality
Hi Frank,
Thanks for taking the time to reply. It sounds from what you say that, assuming no additional destructive processing takes place on the recorded audio file, they may well be identical across various DAWs coming from the same interface. Interesting to hear that about Harrison.

Is the the composition of the digital data purely a function of the A to D converters and...

Re: HAPI and 16 channel DSD
Many thanks for your responses. It looks like the HAPI would only be workable for an eight track DSD recording/repro setup. for more tracks the HORUS would be the way to go.

HAPI and 16 channel DSD
Hello from Glasgow! With my first post in your forum I would like to ask about the possibilities for using a HAPI to do 16 track music recording and mixing. I guess the nub of the issue is that, having filled both HAPI slots with premium AD cards, what are the options for 2 channel output of DSD? Ar...
