Thanks Frank - I never knew that was called envelope punch - but yes - that's I've been doing - just wish the I could make 1/10th dB in the edl, same as .5 dB.
Clearly - I'm alone here...and as a former sonic user, I can accept that!

Re: Shift key modifier problem with envelope nodes
There are messages on this forum noting this issue all the way back to 2013 - I guess they gave up trying to fix it.
Can anyone explain how one would use 'envelope punch' to make fine envelope adjustments?
Thank you

Re: DLL's missing, Pyramix cannot launch
I did (what are the odds) bring along my 10 keys AND an install of 10.2 - which did eventually work (with some weirdness) so I got through the trip and delivered on time. Not sure if I should rebuild this laptop clean to 1703 or just jump back to my W7P63 laptop for my next trip and revisit this one...

DLL's missing, Pyramix cannot launch
Lap top rig, was running fine last month during AES, now I fire it up for another trip and I get the following DLL's missing so software cannot launch: Woam.dll CXLL18.dll xChangeFacade.dll LibGLA.dll This is a Win10 system running 11.0.4. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling software to no avail. Any ...

Re: iZotope RX6
The list of things I'd personally be willing to do in order to get better RX integration with Pyramix is growing by the day...and in diametric opposition to my self respect.

Re: Izotope Insight with Pyramix (Solved)
Following up on this for anyone playing along at home: I believe we've tracked the problem down to access speeds of an external sata drive. My chassis must not be fast enough to keep up - the exact same drive, once placed INSIDE the computer and wired/powered directly from the mobo- works flawlessly...

Re: Izotope Insight with Pyramix
Thanks for the advice! I've got the computer mobo/BIOS etc all set up per the spec sheet direct from Dennis - checked every line of it myself, so I assume the system is not the issue. I increased my Hapi buffer to 512 samples and my delay comp to 300. will report back if that solves the issue, thank...

Re: Izotope Insight with Pyramix
Thanks Frank, I'll give that a shot. Looks like it's at 116ms from the factory, will double that and see if it helps

Izotope Insight with Pyramix
Is anyone else using the Izotope Insight metering plugin on their master buss? I'm getting a lot of crashes and the insight plug is causing it. I wonder if I need to adjust a buffer setting in Izotope for greater stability? Does anyone have any advice? Is anyone using an alternate meter plug-in they...

Re: Setting default fades
Thanks Frank. Yes - I've tried setting new default through the fade edit window and it doesn't seem to 'stick' - the memory locations have the same issue. Dennis and I actually noticed the issue with memory locations last time he was down here and that may be corrected in 10.2 already (I'm still on ...

Setting default fades
I've read section 9 of the manual, dug through all the windows and menus yet I cannot figure out how the re-assign the default fade curves. I like a 'power' fade as much as the next fellow but, it's also the curve I probably use the least. Surely there's a way.........can anybody school me on this? ...

Re: Izotope RX crashing with regularity in v10
I wanted to report back that I've recently updated to RX5 advanced from RX4 advanced and it has been VERY STABLE with 10.1.4 going through the effects rack back and forth. Still crossing my fingers for tighter integration with Izotope but at least I've stopped popping new forehead-shaped dents in my...

Re: Izotope RX and Pyramix
I'm trying to set-up ASIO bridge between RX and pyramix native. (Is this possible?)
I can get everything setup in pyramix but when I open the RX prefs and try to set driver to ASIO I get a 'driver in use' message

Re: CD/SACD image output - data only option
+1 It's nice to be able to go in and edit the CD text information in DiscWrite. However, this only works on PMI files, not MTFF. I haven't been able to get this to work. I can edit the text of the PMI file in discwrite but the report remains unchanged and the resultant DDP does not reflect the chan...

Re: Desktop button icons?
Hi Frank, thanks and my apologies - I did not mean to refer to the windows desktop but the pyramix desktop (EDL) A bunch of the menu commands I've mapped to buttons within pyramix need iconography.
