Thanks Frank - I never knew that was called envelope punch - but yes - that's I've been doing - just wish the I could make 1/10th dB in the edl, same as .5 dB.

Clearly - I'm alone here...and as a former sonic user, I can accept that!

There are messages on this forum noting this issue all the way back to 2013 - I guess they gave up trying to fix it.

Can anyone explain how one would use 'envelope punch' to make fine envelope adjustments?

I did (what are the odds) bring along my 10 keys AND an install of 10.2 - which did eventually work (with some weirdness) so I got through the trip and delivered on time. The list of things I'd personally be willing to do in order to get better RX integration with Pyramix is growing by the day...and in diametric opposition to my self respect.

Following up on this for anyone playing along at home: I believe we've tracked the problem down to access speeds of an external sata drive. My chassis must not be fast enough to keep up - the exact same drive, once placed INSIDE the computer and wired/powered directly from the mobo- works flawlessly...

Is anyone else using the Izotope Insight metering plugin on their master buss? I'm getting a lot of crashes and the insight plug is causing it. I've read section 9 of the manual, dug through all the windows and menus yet I cannot figure out how the re-assign the default fade curves. I'm trying to set-up ASIO bridge between RX and pyramix native. (Is this possible?)

I can get everything setup in pyramix but when I open the RX prefs and try to set driver to ASIO I get a 'driver in use' message
