DDP checking

Postby tas » Mon Feb 22, 2016 14:18

Had a client complain that cd text was not working with a pyramix created DDP.

Anyone know how I can doublecheck that the problem lies within the DDP?

Import the DDP image back into PMX and see if the text is correct.
Look at the CD+Text in the PMI Image that you created the DDP image.
It is important to remember that entering the track names into the "Name" field will not get you CD+Text. It must be copied to the CDTEXT Title column to make it onto the master. This is a very common source of missing CDTEXT.
All the best,

I got a second complaint for non showing track names. Triple checked everything, with imports and CD-TEXT Title is properly populated etc.
Perhaps someone here is willing to send him a DDP to also doublecheck if I am doing something strange?

Can you post the contents of the CDTEXT.bin file from the ddp folder?
