Hello,

Are you Vista or XP? What are the render settings? What is the source material?

I use XP. I do Basic MPEG-1 renders. Source material is usually DVPal uncompressed. Always hangs while canceling:)

Hello,

I can't reproduce the problem using DV compressed AVI files for source material. Is there also some audio in your project?
Can you please send me a screenshot of the MPEG settings during render?

Laurent

It occurs with MPEG1 or 2 with audio. I found out VCube isnt really hanging, but only wating for the render to complete. So it is not actually canceling.

Just push Cancel while rendering. Input/output fileformat doesn't make any difference. While rendering program material cancel usually hangs VCube. Maybe try doing shows of 30-50 minutes (what I do)

That is definately a bug. I rendered 44 mins of DV PAL with a stereo pair to an MPEG1 and hit Cancel. My VCube 2.1 hung alright. Bug entered in our database as MT3260

Please report bugs through the proper support channels in the future so that we are informed of them directly and therefore sooner.
