Plugin Settings

Postby Paulo M » Tue Mar 20, 2012 02:31

I don´t know what you guys(and girls) feel about this, but I really would like to be able to save plugin order and settings of a given strip in it´s own right, independent from the project´s own mixer or strip automation.

That would allow for simple recall of diferent plugin combination and settings between projects and to apply it to any project strip. The same that you can do in the Render Rack. Saving in the same format of the later would be even more flexible as you could easily recall presets from either strips or Render Rack, depending on what you´re up too.

Imagine that you have a very good plugin combnation in a strip and want to keep it to later render other sounds in the Render Rack. It often happens to me to find a good combination and wanting to use it in the Render Rack. The contrary has also happened.

What are your opinions?
Best regards,

Paulo M
