About IN/OUT busses

I would like to be able to put plugs on the monitor bus. Because I often record in different places with no control room (like churches) and i need to equalize my monitors. Then I have to make several stéréo busses, one for the "live recorder", one for my monitor with an EQ, then select this one for the monitor bus. :cry:
It would be much easier to simply put the EQ on the Monitor bus no ?

Also I ask for a long time now for an "Insert" Plug-In.
Just a physical IN and OUT to drive external devices whithout making complex routing.
I need your think on this point.
