1. Remove 99 numbering limit. This is an anachronism and unnecessary.
2. Make CD Mark groups optionally work on a selection of clips.
3. When manually adding CD markers, default the name to the clip name, like CD Mark Groups does, "CD Start Marker" is very unhelpful and always requires manual renaming.
It would be good to get this happening. These are not big changes.
