Does ADA8 sounds better than DA8 + AD8D?

Anyone compared these cards side by side? I'm curious what is the sonic difference in low sample rates. Also, what is the difference between premium and non-premium cards?

Info about the cards are here, with links to specs: http://www.merging.com/products/networked-audio/option-cards#ad8d-ad8dp-option-card
In a nutshell, premium allows higher sampling rates and DSD, whereas the non-premium only goes up to 192kHz. Otherwise, it's a matter of component choice / tolerances, available gain, impedance, etc. On the input side AD8D is the lowest, then AD8DP, then AKD8D, and finally AKD8DP at the top end.
