Some suggestions.

Here's one for the merging guys. Maybe it would be possible to have a FAQ page here to save us guys bothering you with routine questions, and would it be possible to have a wish list and feedback forum so we can "whinge" and get our thoughts across, again without calling dealers or you at Merging. :D I love my pyramix, but I would love the opportunity to offer some end user feedback, to help make this product even better. Maybe others who think this might be a good idea could post below, a sort of straw poll? I'm interested to see what other users think about this.

Regards to all

Roland

In addition to that, bug reporting space would be great help for other users.

Way to go!

Wook.

Hi,

Ah yes. I forgot about that. You have to be a beta tester to access that part of the site. Contact Merging to see if you can become one.

Chris.

Support and implementation of Pow-r dither within Pyramix

Real Time Spectrum Analysis meter with a zoom feature of the spectrum display, the ability to use A-weighting as well as raw measurements. Octave band display: 1/1, 1/3, 1/6, 1/9, 1/12, 1/24. Supporting bit rates and sample rates upto 24bit- 192kHz, Support of Hanning, Hamming, Blackman and Bartlett display functions.

Surround Sound Phase meter with jellyfish display that is user-configured upto 8 input channels, also needed is the addition of a Bitstream analysis display.

Pyramix could also benefit from the implementation of the following items:

Improved Exabyte DDP verification, specifically a 'verbose' reporting of the verification procedure, that would also list the errors found on the tape itself.

Support of the Cedar noise reduction system plugin's.
