Hi,
Has anyone figured out how to do an automatic punch-in? What I mean by automatic is: setting an in/out time for a track/s to go in/out record mode.
Cheers, Ty

Hello Ty,

Method 1:

- select first the in & out points by dragging your left & right locators where you want them (if they're out of sight: shift-click for the left one, right-click for the right one);
- arm the desired tracks on "punch" (click two time on the arming buttons);
- assuming you have a mounted drive and a valid target folder, go before the wanted punch-point, press record, et voilĂ ...

Method 2:

- select a region on one or more clips;
- arm your tracks on "punch";
- go before the wanted punch-point, & again press rec. Even more simple! ;-)

Cheers

Benoit,
That worked very simply. |o| = punch-in, cool.
Thanks, Ty
