Windows 10 Enterprise or Windows 10 Pro

We are testing a E5-2687WV4 CPU with Dante PCI-e card dual NIC for a broadcast 24/365 environment. We would like to know if Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 64 bit is preferred over standard desktop version Windows 10 Pro 64 bits.

I am using W10 E LTSB here to try to keep the system as unmodified as possible from MS updating. So far it seems to be working well. LTSB is a great idea if they can keep it stable, and it is ideal for a DAW.

Windows Server 2016 would be even more stable but the latest ASIO Ravenna Merging driver (v.11), differently from the previous versions, makes a preliminary check and refuses to install on it :(
