25 to 25 fps / prosoniq

Postby tas » Mon Jul 06, 2015 19:57

This is a DCP scenario, the film shot at 25 but will be converted to 24 for the DCP.

I see that prosoniq has both a stretch and a re-pitch preset available. I tried the time-stretch on a finished mix, the result was not that good, many artifacts.

Would just a re-pitch work? Will the audio restore its original pitch eventually? Or do people just leave like that? Doesn't make much sense, but I am probably missing something here.

Not quite what you are asking, but you may want to try Dirac instead. I tend to like it better.
