Mykerinos driver for windows 7?

Postby diverse » Sun Apr 27, 2014 13:39

I'm trying to speed up my machine which has 6.2 installed and have tried and SSD main HD using Windows 7 32-bit but I cannot install/find the driver for the card so it's just listed in Device Manager as a PCI Simple Communication Controller? Where can I find the driver? 6.2 SP2 runs under Win7 32bit ok, the issue being the MYK card not being recognised....

HELP!! ;)

I don't think Pyramix was supported under windows 7.
Official win7 support came with pmx7.

Pyramix 6.2 definitely works under Win7. it's Mykerinos which is no longer supported in favor of Horus, etc.

I'm happily using Mykerinos under Win 7 (32-bit of course) with Pmix 8.1.11....no problems. And there had better not be problems - you're going to be recording on one of these rigs all summer, Charlie!

you needed a Masscore license, though, correct?
