I am having difficulty with hearing scrubbing in ISIS. It seems to be dependant on how far I am zoomed into on the time line. Is this correct?
What I really want to be able to do is to always hear the sound when I am in Jog.
Is this possible?

You probably have geared jogging enabled, which does just that.
