Anyone know of a board that can control multiple camcorders?
My church is about to purchase 3 camcorders to record services with. Our main problem is how to merge the 3 feeds. I know we need a controller board to do that with, but I don't even know what they're called. My only media training was on an old SEG board from the 80's. And we're looking for something relatively cheap (under $400.00). Thanks in advance.

from a "board" I can say you wish a video switcher?
do you want to "merge" the video signals and also want to have "control" over them?
will you buy remote controlled cameras?
are the cameras SD or HD?
around $400 is a hard figure to meet, maybe you should check with Datavideo solutions
