Nudge Up / Down
...Gracefully Ignored...
Re: Nudge Up / Down
Surprise!
The nudge commands do work but before you can nudge you must first make a clip selection. If you wish to nudge horizontally (right and left arrow icon on the tool bar or Ctrl+right arrow and Ctrl+Left arrow) then just click a clip and nudge.
To nudge vertically you must have a free track or layer adjacent to the original track(s) or layer(s) containing the selected clips. Here again just click the clip(s) you wish to move and nudge up or down. If clips persist to not nudge vertically there may be some member of the clip group that cannot be moved to a free layer or track and will prevent the entire group from being moved. Just ungroup the selection (Ctrl+U), re-select the clip(s) you wish to move and nudge.
